Welcome to the Cockcroft Institute Education and Training Wiki

The Cockcroft Institute located in Daresbury is a collaboration between the Univeristy of Lancaster, University of Liverpool, University of Manchester and the Science and Technology Funding Council (STFC) Accelerator Science and Technology Centre (ASTeC). One of the aims of the Cockcroft Institute is to train new accelerator scientists and engineers. To help in achieving this aim there is an education and training program that runs a series of courses through out the year. This wiki is designed to be a resource for this program.
